Sophia
Sophia Contreras Rea is a renowned chocolate sommelier and former private chef to entertainers and celebrities. Her greatest professional love over the years has been providing refined chocolate tastings, in the tradition of the Slow Food movement. In 2012, Rea started Projet Chocolat, her company devoted to, “elevating the culture and enjoyment of chocolate.” Projet Chocolat helps celebrate the pleasures of tasting chocolate rather than just merely eating it.

Mara
Master Foodie Mara Papatheodorou is an internationally recognized tastes and traditions expert and a nationally established entertaining specialist. Her extensive background includes twelve years of executive editorial and producing experience at Bon Appetit Magazine. She carries her culinary compass in one hand and her passport in the other. She is a consumer ambassador who highlights and interprets the connection of culture and cuisine through facts, flavors, flair and folklore. And she adores all things chocolate!
